Final Sales Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete.
• Please ensure you select the correct variant, size, and quantity before placing your order for women’s ethnic wear.

Damaged Products

• In case of receipt of damaged products, please report to our customer service team immediately.
• This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of products.

Approved Refunds

• In case of any refunds approved (only for damaged products), it will take 4-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
• Refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) to the original payment method.
